When Such told him that he knew \u201cthe baddest-ass drummer in the land,\u201d it didn\u2019t take long for Jon to convince the rock-solid drummer Tico Torres to give up his established career with the Jersey group Franke and the Knockouts\u2014who had a top-ten hit in \u201981 with \u201cSweetheart\u201d\u2014to join him in his new venture.
